Is HTML 5 really going to replace Adobe Flash?

Not Quickly Flash probably won’t disappear very fast, even if it disappears at all. Flash is (as you’ll probably know) embedded into the web, and Steve’s dream that HTML 5 is going to replace all of that is pretty unrealistic.
